Michael Roberts

With over 60 years of aviation experience, Ken has been a licensed pilot since 1963 and brings a unique combination of aviation expertise and business acumen to aircraft brokerage.

Ken's diverse business background includes founding and operating a financial services company that structured loans up to $60 million, and serving as a dealer principal for Ford Motor Company in New York. This experience in high-value transactions and business operations provides invaluable insight when guiding clients through aircraft acquisitions and sales.

Having entered the aircraft sales industry in 1991 with On Time Aviation, the largest Cessna jet dealer based on Amelia Island, Florida, Ken has been actively selling and brokering aircraft for over three decades. His extensive experience spans virtually the entire range of Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft, from single-engine planes to turbine business jets.

Jamie Mcpherson

Ziad Hamzeh brings over 35 years of aviation industry leadership and expertise to aircraft brokerage. As CEO of ZürichJets GmbH, a premier Swiss private aviation management company, he leads operations focused on safety, integrity, and exceptional service quality.

His extensive background spans aircraft acquisitions and sales, private aircraft management, flight operations, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. Throughout his career, Ziad has served in executive roles as CEO, Director, and Owner across multiple high-profile aviation companies.

Ziad holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana and an MBA in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is also an FAA Commercial Pilot, providing him with both operational and business perspectives on aviation.

Ken Carroll

Michael brings a unique combination of aviation expertise and entrepreneurial vision to the aircraft brokerage industry. His aviation career began as an Air Traffic Controller, where he developed an intimate understanding of aircraft operations, safety protocols, and the complexities of aviation logistics from the ground up.

Drawing on his extensive knowledge of aviation operations and market dynamics, Michael founded JETVEND aircraft brokerage in 2007. What started as a single client order to sell eight Lockheed JetStar aircraft grew into a respected international brokerage specializing in turbine aircraft, including jets and helicopters.

Michael's international expertise is unparalleled in the industry. Throughout his career, he has visited helicopter operators in over 50 countries, building an extensive network of relationships and gaining deep insights into diverse aviation markets worldwide. Jamie Macpherson brings a diverse professional background to aircraft brokerage, combining high-level sales leadership with extensive aviation experience. Jamie is an active member of the Commemorative Air Force (CAF), serving as a pilot and as an Operations Coordinator for the B-17 and B-25 national tour operations. Fernando Sa

Rick Kanyo brings more than 25 years of business aviation experience to Ocala Jets, with a technical foundation few brokers can match. A former Bombardier Aircraft Services Quality Assurance Inspector, he is a licensed Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (TCCA AME M2) and FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic, with a career spanning production, flight testing, quality assurance, and maintenance leadership on Global, Challenger, and other corporate platforms.

Nick Rau brings a U.S. Army aviation career and hands-on flight experience to Ocala Jets, with a background built on operational execution rather than sales alone. A veteran fixed-wing and rotary-wing pilot, Nick served over six years in the Army, including as an HH-60M Blackhawk Pilot-in-Command and Trainer providing aeromedical evacuation support to CENTCOM, EUCOM, and Joint Special Operations commands, and later as Deputy Division Aviation Officer for the 4th Infantry Division, coordinating airspace integration and operations across conventional, special operations, and international partner units.

That operational background gives Nick a pilot's-eye view of aircraft performance, mission planning, and airspace realities that most brokers only understand secondhand.
